The Value Capture Order works downstream of the Writing Order. Once a piece is finalized, this team figures out where it should go, what forms it should take, and how to schedule its release.
The Workflow
Format Strategy (Format Strategist) — Analyzes the finished piece against available formats, audience profiles, and platform characteristics. Recommends which formats suit the content and why. Not every piece needs every format.
Repurposing Planning (Repurposing Planner) — Plans how to adapt the core content into derivative formats: excerpts, threads, slide decks, audio scripts, newsletter editions. Includes effort estimates so the human can prioritize.
Discovery Scouting (Discovery Scout) — Identifies discovery opportunities across platforms. Recommends keywords, distribution channels, and tactics based on content fit rather than generic SEO advice.
Offer Packaging (Offer Packaging Designer) — Designs value propositions and bundle recommendations when content supports them. Must not overpromise or overstate outcomes.
Editorial Calendar (Editorial Calendar Keeper) — Sequences and schedules publication across platforms with realistic timelines and coordination notes.
