The Production Order
The Production Order generates finished assets from finalized content — PDFs, video scripts, slide decks, and image briefs.
The Production Order is the final stage. It takes finalized content and the publish map from the Value Capture Order and generates the actual assets: print-ready PDFs, video scripts, slide deck blueprints, and image briefs.
The Workflow
Layout and PDF Production (Layout/PDF Producer) — Generates print-ready PDF specifications and layouts. Maintains readability and accessibility standards.
Video Scripting (Script to Video Producer) — Converts content into video scripts with narration, visual cues, timing, and B-roll suggestions. Produces asset manifest entries for downstream production.
Slide Deck Production (Slide Deck Producer) — Transforms content into presentation structures with slide-by-slide content, speaker notes, and visual direction.
Image Briefs (Image Brief Writer) — Creates detailed briefs for illustrations and graphics with descriptions, style direction, technical specs, and alt text.
Quality Assurance (QA and Accessibility) — Verifies all produced assets against quality and accessibility standards. Checks content accuracy, brand compliance, and technical requirements. Nothing ships without passing QA.
